2 to 3 weeks in the area of Vienna, Kraków, Prague - where else to add?

Planning travel Late August into mid September, have about 2 to 3 weeks where we’re planning on leaving from Vienna by train spending a few days in Kraków old town travel train to Prague and back to Vienna. What should we add? We’re a married couple traveling without kids. We like some nature - Moderate hikes, pretty vistas, lake, spa are all of interest. Also like walkable historic cities/towns. Zakopane might be a 1-2 day trip from Kraków? Also Wroclaw looks like a nice city in Poland. (Is it different enough from old city Krakow?) I’m ok renting a car but would prefer to limit car rentals to a few days rather than drive a large portion of this trip. Places that are accessible by train from one of these major city centers is preferred. I’ve heard nice things about Cesky Krumlov as well.
