@Daniel14890 Communication is always your strongest protection for yourself and Guest because you give clear expectations.Cleanliness is also a must have for every rental especially your dealing with bathroom, bedroom and maybe kitchen not negotiable areas. If you give a general idea of what type of rental, depending we can offer more ideas. Shared or not shared? Type of location? Size of property?
