A helpful resource for y'all.
If anyone here has ever considered opening their own tour company, I've found a book and accompanying podcast that helped me get started, though individual results always vary. The book is Lookers Into Bookers by Chris Torres. It's a step by step guide to creating your company from the ground up. The podcast is Tourpreneur. I'd describe it as continuing education after the book. But you don't need to buy the book to use it or anything. It's free. Hope this helps! PS I am not affiliated with any of this content.
