Accidentally booked Airbnb for over 25s

Im freaking out so bad, I’ve already been having issues with accommodation for this upcoming trip and finally booked a place however only realised it’s for over 25s. I’ve verified with Airbnb and my payment has gone through. I’ve decided to be honest with the host and explain that I’ve made a mistake and promised not to host any parties or cause any damage (not that we were going to). I’m so conflicted right now I can’t even sleep. Is there anything else I can do? Can someone offer advice?
