Advice for starting out

Hello! I had just had an idea to start a local private tour company here in my hometown. I’m a local and know all the in and outs of my area. I’ve reached a stand still with what I want to do with my life and it just hit me: I think I should start doing tours. I love my area, I’m a huge people person, and I love the outdoors. But I have no idea how to even start this off. I’d love any and all advice. Thank you! For context: I am located in Colorado and would love to focus on hiking tours, driving tours, winery/brewery tours and or drop offs, possibly snowboarding lessons, and walking tours downtown. My car is also old and has high mileage but she’s dang reliable.
