Airbnb deactivated my listing

I am in an area that is subject to new regulations, which I have complied with. I have provided my government registration number to Airbnb but apparently they have delisted a bunch of valid listings. I am a superhost and have been calling in every day. They always promise to call back "within an hour" but never do. They say my case has been escalated to a specialist team, but all the specialist team did was send me a message through the airbnb platform saying they had to verify my email address, but then the email to verify my address never arrived. I've spent hours on this everyday, to no avail. I have confirmed with my government that there is no problem at their end and I have registered correctly and complied with all the STR regulations. Right now my listing is deactivated but next week they will cancel all of my existing reservations.
