Airbnb Not paying and I am still taking guests

Airbnb is Currently holding 5k of my money. All my payments are on hold. I am starting to get worried because by next month it will be almost 12k. The issue resides in the payout methods and it showing that information needs to be updated. I have for the last month reviewed, updated tried everything 100x times. Everything is correct. Airbnb call centers are useless they just open your original ticket and then send you in circles every time after that. My tickets been open now for a month+ and nobody seems to give a shit. I'm super upset so I messaged everyone in Airbnb from the CEO to any executive managers email I could get my hands on asking if someone could look at my case. I go on all the socials and now comment on their post, Finally after three weeks I get a message that my case has been sent to a technical team. The first message I get from them is a link that takes to the same god damn place the first 100 did. I have no idea what to do. Its so stressful Airbnb a billion dollar company cant make a good ticket resolution center. I am Paying out of pocket for bills and such but I just don't know if this will get better? should I cancel all these other stays? has anyone ever been able to resolve this? Main issue is its wants me to edit my payout methods information. Everything has been tripled checked and 100 correct.
