Anyone ever get a petty review just because you enforced the rules?

Just had a guest leave a 3 star because I wouldn’t let them check out four hours late on a fully booked turnover day. I mean come on. We run a tight schedule with cleaners, check in preps, and everything already slotted. There’s zero room for that kind of delay. My assistant was honestly a champ the whole time. Super polite, patient, and tried to keep the convo open. She even told them that If you’d mentioned this earlier, we might’ve been able to coordinate something, which was true. But once the next guests are confirmed and we’ve scheduled our team, it’s basically locked in. And here’s the wildest part the guest responds with “Can’t you just ask the next people to check out later?” Like I genuinely didn’t know how to respond to that level of logic. It’s frustrating because we try to go above and beyond. I’ve invested in support so guests get fast replies, issues get resolved quickly, and we maintain a high standard. So when a guest throws shade in a review over something completely unreasonable, it stings a little. Especially knowing that future guests might judge based on that without seeing the full picture. Anyway, just venting a bit. Host life is wild sometimes. Curious if anyone else has had something similar go down and how do you deal with reviews like that?
