Best cleaning hacks or tools you swear by?
I still handle the cleaning myself on a couple of my smaller properties that are nearby. The cleaning crew only covers my city listings, so for the ones just outside of town, it’s all me for now at least. Honestly, I don’t mind it too much, especially since I’ve figured out a few tools and hacks that make the job quicker and less painful. Top of my list? A drill brush attachment. That thing is wild on tile and shower grout. I used to dread scrubbing the bathroom, but now it’s kind of satisfying watching years of grime vanish in seconds. I also keep a stash of Magic Erasers for walls, baseboards, and those little marks guests somehow always manage to leave on doors. Another solid move is pre mixed, labeled spray bottles in a caddy. One for glass, one all purpose and one with vinegar for the tough stuff. Cuts down on back and forth and keeps the process tight. I’m all about efficiency, so I’ve also started building out SOPs with my VA through Delegate co. Even though I still do some cleanings myself, they help manage the crew schedules, update turnover checklists, and even communicate with cleaners when I’m not around. It’s been a huge help as I scale up. What about you all what cleaning hacks or tools do you swear by? Anything that helps you shave time off or improve the end result? Always down to pick up new tips.
