Booking inquiry automatically booked without me accepting.

We have an undesirable guest message with a booking inquiry. We neither approved nor declined the request. We do not want this booking as she was a horrible guest with her one other review. Her response to that review was one of the most unpleasant and childish responses I have ever seen. This morning, I woke up to a confirmed reservation by her for a couple days from now. We explicitly did not approve this booking, but she still managed to confirm. Is this possible or just a glitch in the system? Should we just cancel the reservation? Update: I contacted Airbnb support and explained the issue. They agreed almost immediately that the guest's profile qualified for an immediate booking without consequence.
