Bring benadryl everywhere

i just got back from bouncing around the EU. i brought benadryl with me everywhere in the event myself or anyone i was around had an allergic reaction to the food or an ingredient. you never know what can happen and it's worth being prepared. Edit: didn’t realize Benadryl isn’t allowed in some countries, but at any rate it’s worth traveling with a similar allergy product.
