Commiserating

I’ve been a host for 4 years for my large pretty luxe lakehouse. It’s our family lakehouse and I take every detail seriously. We only book about 10-12 bookings per year. I had almost all 5 stars and then hit the first 4 star dropping me to 4.8, then this week, another 4 star dropping me to 4.6. I’ve had 48 reviews in total. I know it’s still good but I find it so frustrating that one review can drop the star rating so quickly. Anyway not looking for answers, just want to commiserate with my fellow Airbnb hosts! --- **Post Details:** - **Subreddit:** r/airbnb_hosts - **Author:** u/TimelyLanguage5314 - **Score:** 10 upvotes - **Upvote Ratio:** 72.0% - **Comments:** 35 - **Posted:** 7/3/2025 - **URL:** https://reddit.com/r/airbnb_hosts/comments/1lqshh0/commiserating/
