Copenhagen in mid-October
Hi everyone! I wanted to ask for any suggestions/comments for a solo travel trip I’m planning to Copenhagen in mid-October. I’m trying my best to be budget-friendly (not trying to spend more than $1000 USD not including flights) and have it be relatively relaxed (but I also want to see as much as possible 😭). I’m planning on getting the Copenhagen Card for 2 days. I’m into bookstores, thrifting, a bit of museums, gardens, and trying different foods. I’d also most likely walk the whole time. Here’s my itinerary: Day 1 (Friday): 4 pm: Arrive, Check in @ Hostel (Steel House), Explore Strøget and its side streets (Fiolstræde, Købmagergade), Paludán Cafe, Dinner: Try a Danish pølse @ (Idk yet), (maybe) Unwind at Café Zirup Day 2 (Saturday): Breakfast at Apotek 57, Rosenberg Castle & King’s Garden, Kongens Have or Botanical Garden, Christiansborg Palace tower, Lunch at Dandelion Burger, Christianshavn free walking tour, Christiania, Dinner (idk where yet) Day 3 (Sunday): Breakfast at Juno the Bakery, Take bus/train to Louisiana Museum, (Late) Lunch at Reffen, Quick stop at Little Mermaid?, Explore Nyhavn & do the Stromma Canal Tour, Tivoli Gardens, Nicer Dinner @ Vækst Day 4 (Monday): Checkout of Hostel, Breakfast at (idk yet), (Would like to fit something in here), 12 pm: Catch train to Malmö (is a trip worth it?), Check in @ Accommodation, (I don’t rlly know what do at Malmö, but was thinking of the Art Museum, Konsthall, and walking around Kungsparken & Slottsparken), Dinner @ (idk yet) Day 5 (Tuesday): Breakfast, Morning walk to Malmö City Library, Checkout of Accommodation, Take train to Copenhagen Airport & head home Would appreciate all your suggestions, thank you! 🙏
