Does a long trip help with burnout?
I've been working or looking for work nonstop for the last decade. I have been able to take occasional trips two times per year, but they're never more than two and a half weeks long. I'm pretty burnt out, and I'm being pushed out of my job as a result. Those of you who were burnt out after 7+ years of working, did a 6/12-month+ trip help you return refreshed and ready to grind? Or did it give you a better perspective? I'm ready to go, but I don't know what will be on the other side.
