Feed back on my listing

Hello guys wanted to get some feedback on my Listing and see how to grow as a host want more then one listing in the future! @Marcus758 Hi... Your place looks great and your first reviews are positive that will help! A couple of quick observations: • You state that you are able to take 3 people but only show one bed. I guess that one of the couches is also a bed.. maybe a pic to show that? • I note that most of your photographs are portrait in orientation.. may I suggest that landscape shots provide a better view / perspective for the potential guest, especially viewed on computer. • Given that your place is close to others.. what is special about your place.. that would make a potential guest choose your place? .. this you need to highlight more to get that booking. • you may need to "counter" the review that raises issues with the lease problem... this may put some people off "taking a risk" of being asked to leave early. Good on you for starting the journey... sounds like you have intentions of expanding. Best wishes with that.
