Guest Left Car Load

Guest Left carload of stuff and I have no way to store it as a new guest is entering after its cleaned. Am I responsible for their stuff? They want to come back in a "few" days. However I cannot giver her access as there's new guests.... Can I charge for storage? Second she wasn't even the name that booked it.
