How do you organise your trips /boarding passes/ reservations when travelling?

Hey! So I’ve had a big scare twice this year! It’s a day before travelling and I decide to do the checkin and I literally cannot find the tickets. I search in my emails, I log into Ryanair, Easyjet, Wizz.. I ask my boyfriend if he booked the tickets. In the end they were with Volotea… but OMG did I panic! So, how do you organise all your bookings especially when you have multiple across platforms (Airbnb, booking, kayak for cars, flights with airline, trainline, museum passes) and how do you coordinate with your partner when he books some and you book some?
