How to ask guests for reviews after their stay?

Hi everyone!I want to learn —how to  ask your guests to leave a review after their stay?Do you message them personally or just rely on the automated Airbnb prompt?Would love to know what’s worked well for you.Thanks in advance! @Nandini11 Make your guests aware that you are expecting a 5 review well before they arrive and that you are prepared to earn it.Do you send a morning after message? If not do this and also re-iterated.Also send again, re-iterate on your checkout message.This has to be done and worded subtly! Good luck  Cyn @Nandini11  Good question- I leave a review right away, after they leave and I've inspected the guest space. That will prompt them to leave their own. I also send them a note in the message thread thanking them for their stay. No mention of a review, just gratitude.
