I’m stuck in a middle seat. Any hacks for sleeping comfortably?

Hey all! I am flying on an Airbus A330-900neo stuck smack dab in a middle seat between 2 strangers. It’s an overnight international flight. I’ve always lucked out with a window seat on long flights, but this time I got the short end of the stick. Any tips on how to sleep without waking up cuddling a rando? Edit: regrettably, it is a moot point.
