Increasing the number of reviews

Hi! I am a new host, and so far, out of 5 guests only 1 has left a review. The one that did leave a review gave it a 5 star rating on everything. Some guests mentioned how nice and beautiful the place is, and the interactions are all positive, but they are simply not leaving reviews. I am not sure if: 1. There is something wrong with the place that I don't know about, and that's why they are not reviewing 2. I am having bad luck 3. Something else Is there anything I can do to try to increase the review rate, without being annoying and asking for it straight on? One thing is that I do not leave a guest review until they review me. Does leaving a review for the guest shortly after they have checkout help get reviews back? Edit: Thanks a lot for the replies everyone! I have incorporated the feedback: 1. Leaving a nice message at checkout time, asking kindly for a review if they enjoyed their stay 2. Reviewing guests within the day or the day after they checkout Still no reviews. It is 8 guests so far with no reviews now, for the last three I've been doing the the points above. So, I think there is definitely something going on, I will just have to try and figure it out.
