Just had to evict a guy with a service dog

He had his dog in the community pool. He was told unequivocally that he could not have his dog in the pool. He kept doing it. Police were called and he was evicted, losing his holiday weekend stay. Handlers, the ADA does not supercede health and safety statutes. Dog can be on the pool deck but not in the pool.
