Laundry Overwhelm

I am a new host, and my wife and I are struggling turning over our cabin very quickly. Our biggest struggle is with laundry. With all the beds (10 beds total), it seems like laundry takes 8 or 9 hours. We tend to do three or four huge loads and they take FOREVER to dry. Does anyone have any tips on how to get laundry done faster? Would it be faster if we do several small loads? Will two small load of laundry dry faster than one large one?
