Lost Superhost and I literally don’t care

So we lost superhost because I had to cancel one Instant Book that took our cancel rate to 1.08% (and for superhost it has to be less than 1%). We have had probably 300 stays with 212 5 star reviews (our overall rating is 5 stars) since 2023. And our visibility stats haven’t decreased at all. I have to laugh because who would even care about Superhost if you saw that many 5 star reviews? I stopped filtering on Superhost properties a long time ago as a guest because I found it didn’t give me enough options to choose from. I just find this platform comical sometimes…..mainly sharing so others are aware how we lost our status. I have since turned Instant Book off since I’m not so flexible with my available dates anymore. Cheers fellow hosts! --- **Post Details:** - **Subreddit:** r/airbnb_hosts - **Author:** u/JennyMY1 - **Score:** 52 upvotes - **Upvote Ratio:** 83.0% - **Comments:** 44 - **Posted:** 7/4/2025 - **URL:** https://reddit.com/r/airbnb_hosts/comments/1lrrxy2/lost_superhost_and_i_literally_dont_care/
