Month-long guest asked if they can sublet the house

Our property is in a mountain town and someone is interested in booking for a month next summer (a year in advance) during peak busy season for us. A month long booking is a good deal for us in terms of planning, however the total fee is less than what we would generate in 4 week-long bookings, for example. So there’s that. Now they’re asking whether they’d be able to sublet it to family friends for 1-2 weeks if they can’t stay the whole month. I’m pretty sure how I feel about this, but am interested in what you guys have to say.
