My listing not getting any views/booking

Hi all, I am very new to hosting and I don’t understand why my listing is not getting any views or booking. Well done there!There are a few things I would consider changing: Fill out your host profile page so that this will install trust with your guests - this works both ways and I have been getting a lot of booking requests with guests who haven't filled out any information on their profile which makes me as a host a bit nervousFill out your description too - there are more sub headings available to you now that you are listedCheck that all the amenities that you proved are ticked - basic amenities is missing I think and only 23 amenities for a property of this level seems low but again the complete list of amenities was not available to you when you created your listing.  Strange but true!You need to go into each bedroom in your photo tour and under the photos you'll see "sleeping arrangements".  Add the size of the beds and this will create the "Where you'll sleep" section so guests can see at a glance the types of beds you offerBack to amenities again - go into EACH room and add the amenities provided per room/space.  Guests love to look at pictures so again they get the full information of what is provided per roomYour first picture is lovely but I would swop out the picture of the chair with the fireplace in the background with one of your lovely bedrooms Mana.You have one night stays - the risk as a newbie to Airbnb and with the size of the property is partying.  Check out what your competition offer to see if you can maybe extend that to a 2 day minimum stay.Are you on Instant Book?  Make sure you have written the pre-message part to give clear guidelines to anyone booking what they cannot doYou have House Rules in place - great!  However, one things worries me - you mention your very expensive and fragile vases.  From being on the CC a number of years, the general consensus is to never leave items that have a financial or sentimental value - guests don't always treat our homes like their own I'm afraid so personally I would replace with something less expensiveDo you want advance warning of any bookings/preparation time or can you turn around your listing within the 11am check-out and check-in period of 3pm for your 3 bed place?  We can set these settings via the calendar under Availability and check out your options.You mention that your home is just 15 minutes to the airport - is there double glazing and is it under the flight path?  I would like to know this if I was staying so near an airport.You have a great exterior but can't see any garden furniture for people to relax in this area?Always check out the prices of your competitors to make sure you are in line as you are a new host, we have to be slightly under these prices but never too low otherwise we can attract the wrong type of guest.Recommend doing a private search for your area to see on which page your home is featured which is a good way of check out the price of our competition.  Add these to a Wish list (have to be in guest mode) and this allows you to check regularly their prices and also cancellation policies to see if we are in lineOK that's it from me Mana and check out the Host Guides in the left hand panel as there is one for new hosts but other great ones too!  One last thing, make sure to read up on all the Airbnb help links on host cancellations and penalties and there is a very valuable search bar here on the CC for any questions you may have that have been marked as solved by other fellow hosts.Happy hostingJoëlle Hi all, I am very new to hosting and I don’t understand why my listing is not getting any views or booking.
