New Listing - Seeking feedback on our desert home!

Hello! I've only been hosting for about 2 months and would love feedback on the space as we're in a competitive area! My partner and I built this home and turned it into a rental, everyone tells me its beautiful and I'm happy with the work we've done, but I can't tell if I've been staring at it so long that I'll never feel like everything is right or if there are some things I could do that might really make a big difference in our competitive area! I'd love some honest feedback from those who aren't friends or family to see what I can do before we splurge on professional photos. Feedback from guests tells me that the description is accurate to their experience. I know the yard has a lot of empty space and we can add to it. Financially we've done so much that we had to wait until we got some momentum on Airbnb before making any more outdoor additions. I'm happy to hear opinions about both the inside and outside space.
