Best, Alex @Daniel14890 Communication is always your strongest protection for yourself and Guest because you give clear expectations.Cleanliness is also a must have for every rental especially your dealing with bathroom, bedroom and maybe kitchen not negotiable areas. If you give a general idea of what type of rental, depending we can offer more ideas. Shared or not shared? Type of location? Hi @Daniel14890I would say it’s that, reviews are not visible in the listing or search results until you have three reviews - though they are visible to the host and guest in the messaging thread. Once three reviews are received, the average overall score is displayed, and detailed scores for different categories are also visible alongside the reviews. Focusing on getting your first three is an important goal - and utilising airbnbs marketing (newsletter mentions) by saying yes to the 20% offer for your first stays.
