I have heard so many beautiful things about your city! There are so many helpful hosts and info here to learn from. Also know that you can ask for support from the community managers (they moderate the boards but are not directly customer service for Airbnb) to bump up a concern to the appropriate teams if needed. I believe there are different community managers who moderate different areas of the world - many are in London but some are in Canada too. If you need to flag someone just type the “@“ button before their screen name and they will be notified that you mentioned them in a post.
