Thank you @Geoff7 for a really great read. Much appreciated. On my end, I am constantly re-tweaking how I present info and messaging to help ensure info is delivered and consumed by the guest. Easier said than done. It's the consumption of info that is hard to measure. For example, our location, on a private road, is often misguided by just GPS and so our directions call out this in several different ways, and yet some guests still arrive not having understood this. Would be frustrating to start a vacation like this, so we try hard to keep this from happening, for example. I recently had two different guests thank me for the 'clarity' in the info presented during their stay. It stood out to me that they each used the word 'clarity' and made me rethink for a second - is it too much, overbearing, what? Really enjoyed reading this entry. Thank you.
