Scheduled Water Shut Off during Guest Stat
Hello, i just saw on my local FB group that someone asked a town worker on our street if there is expected water maintenance (We had an impromptu water shut off last week.) The worker confirmed that a water main break is being fixed on Monday and yes the water on our street will be shut off. I called the town and they confirmed this. My guests arrive tomorrow for the holiday weekend and check out is 10am on Monday. The town clerk said they usually shut the water off around 9am and will knock on everyone’s door ahead of schedule. How do i let my guests know that i have just learned of this information? Do i offer a discount for the one hour of expected inconvenience? They are already checking in two hours early for no charge. I intended to send my welcome message by this afternoon the latest so any tips help
