Sofa Beds - Pull out (Australia)

Hello Everyone, Been running our Airbnbs for around 3 years now. First year we used second hand couches then once profiting we bought some new lounges for the property. They all have been pull out sofa beds, we had an incident last year where a guest broke we got insurance and were able to replace it. 12 months later we have had another sofa bed break assuming to people jumping on them However I cannot get warranty or airbnb insurance because unsure when it exactly happened. Does anyone have any recommendations for sofa beds? Would prefer pull out as we can make the bed for the guests and put it away !! Thanks in advance!! Our sleeper sofa is nolonger advertised. I had a post card requesting if it was slept in to remove the linens. Guests did not read and would put away a bed leaving us to open it up to check. We dont need extra work. I would suggest a Murphy bed or day bed. Sofa beds always break. There are Murphy beds that look like a wall unit, console or bookcase so it looks nice unlike the older models that were an eye sore. There are many styles to choose from. Not only will it be more durable it will also be more comfortable since you wont have that metal bar going across the back like sofa beds. Same goes for day beds. Koala have some good ones. Make sure the fold down size fits the sheets you plan to use. Ecosa is another brand
