Spiders on wooded property

My guest wants a refund because she found 3 daddy long legs on site. They weren’t there when the cleaner was there the day before. (I checked the property myself after the cleaners but I guess now I need to check right before check in). She sent pictures after she checked out and I didn’t get a chance to resolve it while she was there. In short - what is the going refund rate for 3 spiders in the place?
