Just got a random 1 night booking even tho our perimeters are 3 days stays only. 4th time this happened. Thankfully I had a screenshot of the days blocked off because I took a picture of the calendar to coordinate with the cleaners. The customer service agent wasn’t going to cancel for me until I showed her this proof. Take a pic of the calendar after each new booking.
