Travel burnout

Lately, I’ve been feeling something I never thought I would — travel burnout. When even a place as beautiful and iconic as Italy (for example) doesn’t spark any excitement, you know it’s time to pause. I’ve been lucky to see so much of the world, but somewhere along the way, the sense of wonder started fading. Maybe it’s time to slow down. To stop chasing new places for a while and start reconnecting with the why behind it all. It’s so weird, because I never thought this will ever happen to me. --- **Post Details:** - **Subreddit:** r/solotravel - **Author:** u/chronic_youth__ - **Score:** 81 upvotes - **Upvote Ratio:** 83.0% - **Comments:** 50 - **Posted:** 7/6/2025 - **URL:** https://reddit.com/r/solotravel/comments/1lt7xmg/travel_burnout/
