Location-specific email specials; which are applied automatically as long as you use the special link(s) provided. Promotional codes; sent via email. These are entered in the promotion code box at check-out. Make sure you are subscribed to ensure you get all the best deals! If you are not already subscribed, you may sign up for a Viator Account. Call center and chat representatives do not have access to promotional discounts, however, if you provide a valid promotional code that you received via email, they are usually able to apply it to a new booking. Note: Some promotions require you to be logged into your Viator account. Be sure to check the terms and conditions of any promotional code for validity dates and restrictions.
