Once you have completed an experience and would like to leave a review, follow the steps below:Select Bookings and choose the experience you'd like to review from the list of all of your reservations.Select 'Write a Review' on tour/activity to wish to review.Reviews cannot be edited after submission. You can also find instructions on how to write a review here.Note: Reviews are only available on tours and activities booked directly through the Viator.com website or through our call center. If you booked through a Travel Agent or one of our partner sites, we are unable to accept reviews at this time.Removing a ReviewRequests to remove a review can only be made by the person who left the review. If you need to remove a review you have previously submitted, please send an email to reviews@viator.com and include the following:Your full nameThe email address used when submitting the reviewThe booking reference number associated with the reviewThe reason for the removal requestOnce your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the deletion of the review.
