If confirmation isn't received instantly, it may take up to 48 hours. At that time, you will receive either confirmation or notice that the tour is unavailable for your requested time/date/option via email. If there are alternatives available, you may select an available date/time/option or cancel your reservation with a full refund. In these cases; be sure to respond as soon as possible with your preference as availability may be limited. If there are no suitable alternatives, your reservation will automatically be canceled and refunded in full.
