However, please check the "Terms and Conditionsā section of your ticket for the detailed cancellation policy for your specific activity. To cancel your booking: Go to Bookings Select 'Cancel for free by...' and follow the instructions. You will receive an email confirming cancellation along with the appropriate refund details. NOTE: The 'Cancel Booking' option will not be available if your tour/activity is designated 'Non-Refundable,' (as these reservations cannot be canceled or changed.) You may also find your booking directly using your Itinerary Number. Your Itinerary Number is a ten-digit number listed as āConfirmation Numberā on your confirmation email. You can also find the Itinerary Number on your credit card statement in this format: IT-XXXXXXXXXX.
