We suggest adding no-reply@viator.com to your Safe Senders list to make sure you receive all our emails, including this one. If you donβt receive the email, check your spam/junk folder. Access your bookings. Select 'Get Tickets' from the options next to the appropriate booking. You can also access your ticket(s) anytime through your Viator account. If you're already traveling and do not have internet access, you may want to check with your hotel's concierge. They will either be able to print your ticket(s) for you or direct you to somewhere nearby where you can access the internet.
