Not a problem! In most cases*, you can change your booking up to 24 hours before your activity without making payment. However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your ticket for the detailed policy for your specific activity. Go to Bookings Locate the reservation you need to change and follow the instructions. Once your change is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment will be deducted automatically from the credit card on file 2-9† days prior to the travel date. If payment is not made within this time the reservation will automatically cancel. Once full payment has been processed, you will immediately receive an email with your ticket(s) attached. If you have an activity reserved and the price goes down, you may cancel the original booking and make a new one to take advantage of the lower price (Applicable terms and conditions apply.) * Changes that result in a price difference may not be permitted. In these cases, you may either make payment and then process the change or cancel and rebook the new option/date/time. † The payment date is dependent upon the booking/product selected.
