Wanted experts to guide me as an Airbnb host

I'm Magesh from India, Chennai. Currently, constructing a home with 6 beds. Wanted experts to guide me so that i can host Airbnb guest perfectly. Hello @Magesh5 , Learn, search the community, read host guides, and watch YouTube channels before (!) publishing your space to be as prepared as possible. Also, research common challenges in your area. Search for your city or even your country in this community and read what fellow hosts are reporting. Look at your competition (listings around your). Read their rules and descriptions carefully. See which properties are getting bookings and which are not. Think critically about why that might be. This is a super supportive community.
