What’s the one item you now stock because a guest asked for it?
For us, it was blackout curtains. A guest mentioned to our assistant that the morning light made it tough to sleep in, especially after a late flight. Our VA passed that along, and we were like, yeah, that’s a solid point. We added them to that unit, and not long after, they were standard across all our properties. Guests love it, and the reviews reflect that. It’s always those little tweaks that end up having the biggest impact. And honestly, I know having every guest’s need met isn’t always realistic but sometimes someone points out a simple thing and you’re like, why don’t we have that already? That’s why as a guest, leaving feedback or a review can actually make a difference. We genuinely try to accommodate what we can, and since we keep track of all the major stuff guests mention, nothing slips through the cracks. So, What’s something a guest asked for that ended up becoming a must have in your rental?
