Which seat for 16hr intl flight?

I’m currently in a middle seat in an exit row of an airbus 350-900 so I have infinite leg room, but I’m in between two people obviously. I’m trying to decide if I should switch to an aisle seat in the middle of the plane or a window seat so I can sleep better. I’m 6’2” 185lb, so legroom is definitely a consideration for me. I usually don’t mind sitting middle as long as they’re not larger people, but I usually pick a window to lean on for most flights. But that sounds like a nightmare for getting up to stretch on a longer flight. The aisle could be nice but I feel like I could only stretch my legs into the aisle infrequently and people might bump me while traveling up and down the aisles. --- **Post Details:** - **Subreddit:** r/travelhacks - **Author:** u/Forward7 - **Score:** 14 upvotes - **Upvote Ratio:** 71.0% - **Comments:** 66 - **Posted:** 7/11/2025 - **URL:** https://reddit.com/r/TravelHacks/comments/1lx5mh4/which_seat_for_16hr_intl_flight/
